Lost In A Melody
So apparently some dude from Stargate accidentally leaked these notes RE the mysterious new Beyoncé album. All the likely suspects are there and it alls seems pretty believable to me, but only time will tell if it’s a hoax or not. To be honest, I’m all for it being real if that means Ratchet (Featuring LADY GAGA) is going to be released next week :O

And now, Sia performs Diamonds, which she wrote for Rihanna’s Unapologetic album. I was hoping we might get to hear this one day, but I think I actually prefer Rihanna’s ear pleasing tones. She may hit the big notes ridiculously well, but she doesn’t even do the “shine bright” bits!

Sia gives a little glimpse into the writing process of Diamonds by Rihanna.

It’s a bit of a tune but I’m not 100% sold on Nikki Williams’ voice in this; her Sia-penned debut single and music video, kindly brought to my attention by Bradley Stern. Also, it’s safe to say that Lana Del Rey literally changed pop music this year, didn’t she?

Beautiful.

Leona Lewis has revealed the tracklisting for her much-anticipated new album, and it includes lead single Trouble, Come Alive and Glass Heart (two songs that she’s previewed live) BUT there’s no sign of the ill-fated Collide, which I imagine will find its way on to a deluxe edition at some point. Probably for the best.

Also on there is the full version of Love Birds, which (if I remember correctly) was reportedly written by Bonnie McKee. Let’s have a little reminder of how amazing it was by listening to video above, shall we?

Sia had the biggest hit of her career after teaming up with David Guetta for his last album, so despite the fact she originally said she was taking time out of the spotlight, I’m not surprised in the slightest that she’s appearing on a brand new single from his rumoured re-release. But how does new song She Wolf (Falling To Pieces) compare?

My only problem with Titanium was that the instrumental felt like it was building up to something epic, and never quite got there - and She Wolf is completely the opposite, featuring a massive breakdown that is easily more incredible than most of the other generic ones you hear these days, not only in the charts, but in David’s own productions too.

But whilst that element has been remedied, it’s Sia’s vocal that this time disappoints. The melodies are much less catchy and she’s way too more restrained this time round - what made Titanium so much fun was being able to scream along with her, but there’s none of that here. Still, it’s a decent track and I’m sure music buyers all over the globe will lap it up.

Tbh, not even $ia could $ave thi$ $hitty exu$e for a $ong

Flo Rida ft. Sia - Wild Ones

You can do no wrong with Sia’s vocals on your songs. ABSOLUTELY SMART, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

If there was an extra synth line in the verses and chorus, a bigger, faster beat in the chorus, a mental drum machine breakdown in the middle eight and Sia’s vocals didn’t fade out so fast during “Titaaaaaniiiiiuuuuuum” then this would be the best song David Guetta has ever released.

Still pretty good though. Nice to hear Sia still enjoys singing.

I’m sure you don’t need me to tell you that this is amazing, but this is definitely amazing.

Its the kind of thing I’ll one day make my children listen to I reckon. Whilst we dress up in homemade costumes and dance around the living room.

Its got hand-claps, a Cyndi Lauper-feel to it and Sia dressed as an airplane in the video - WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT?!
